A few words about

What We Do

The GFWC Valamont Woman’s Club leads and supports a wide range of service projects throughout the Chattanooga area. From preparing meals and donations for local shelters to supporting literacy and veterans’ initiatives, members focus on meaningful service that meets real needs.
The club sponsors the Chattanooga Women’s Chorus, founded in partnership with the Chattanooga Homeless Coalition, which offers a creative and supportive space for unhoused and at-risk women to find community through music.
Each year, members contribute hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars to projects that promote education, health, and civic engagement. The work is grounded in compassion, dignity, and a belief that women’s leadership strengthens every community we serve.
